Printing Methods

We offer a range of printing methods for various textiles such as T-shirts, Tote bags, Hoodies etc. All our printing methods are of the highest quality and will stand the test of time.

Our printing methods can be seen below:

DTG Printing

DTG (Direct to Garment printing) is the most modern method of printing on T-Shirts. The colours and quality is great and long lasting. This is the best printing solution for for smaller orders (under 100). DTG offers full colour custom printing for all graphics and/or photographic images. If you can print your custom design on paper with a regular printer, we can print it on a T-shirt for you.

Vinyl Printing

Known as Flex in Germany and HTV in the US. Vinyl is best for single colour t-shirt designs. It's hard wearing and long lasting, a great process for text based t-shirt designs. This technique is often used on  sports shirts, for numbers or for workwear but also on regular t-shirts.

Heat Transfer Printing

This is a process when designs are first printed onto transfer papers and then applied in a second step to the fabric using a high pressure heat press. White shirts are good quality with a soft hand but for darker colours the print is quite thick and can feel papery. It works good for shirts for one off events like Stag or Hen parties, holiday groups etc, but is not recommended for long lasting printed tshirts.

Screen Printing - We also offer screen printing via our partners. This process is best for larger orders 100+. The quality is great and long lasting but the colour range is more limited than for DTG (max 5 colours). Screen printing is also cheaper than DTG when ordering large orders.
